General objective of the position:
Ensure that technology systems, such as hardware, software, networks and applications, function correctly, so that the user experience is positive, as well as the organization's operability.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics to troubleshoot technical problems related to: hardware, software, networks, and systems (remote, phone or in-person assistance).
- Receive and register technical problems reported by users. Prioritize and attend cases according to their seriousness and urgency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems, as well as update software and applications as required.
- Install and configure equipment, software and networks, ensuring everything is working properly, as well as perform upgrades to maintain security and optimal performance.
- Perform monitoring of systems and networks to detect potential problems or failures before they affect users or the organization's operations.
- Identify areas of improvement in technical support processes and suggest changes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for ensuring the security of the company's data, network access and backup systems.
Job profile:
- Completed bachelor's degree in systems and programming,
- Minimum (4) years of work experience performing similar functions.
- Technical skills: hardware, software, operating systems, networking, servers, database, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), programming language, IT security, intermediate English.
- Behavioral competencies: accompanying the client, achievement orientation and self-confidence.

- Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Work location: Costa del Este with outreach in Colón (Distribution Center).
