At Michelin Central America and especially at Michelin Panama, we have established a valuable partnership with Aleph Group, who have become our strategic partners. This collaboration has allowed us to implement an innovative distribution model, which has brought us great benefits in terms of efficiency and market reach. After a year of pilot phase and almost another year of operation, I am pleased to offer feedback on our successful partnership summarized in two words: "Collaboration and optimization". What I deeply admire and value about Aleph Group is their relentless pursuit of "How Yes", that constant focus on improving all aspects of our partnership. From the Aleph Group, with their agility and determination to move forward, they are always looking at how to make the most of the Michelin Group's strengths. The Aleph Group's facilities in the Colon Zone are exceptional and stand out for their level of excellence in logistics. In short, Grupo Aleph was the ideal company for the co-construction of this project.
While searching for a logistics solution I was lucky enough to find Aleph Group. In my many years working in different international locations, I never had the opportunity to come across such a unique business model, however, it took me some time to understand the model, ha ha ha! I must say that I am looking forward to working with them. This is the case not only because of their unique top-notch physical infrastructure; but more importantly their entrepreneurial spirit. We finally have the opportunity to aim for better results given their differentiated approach on how to reach the market.

My experience of working hand in hand with Aleph Distribution, from the point of view of the approach of our products (Michelin and BF Goodrich tires) has been really satisfactory; both for me within my functions, as well as for the company. The service has been very good, with an efficient communication with the employees, and adding value to the process to have the products available for commercialization.
