Technical Support Analyst

Objective of the position:

Provide efficient technical support in hardware, software and networks to our collaborators, ensuring the proper functioning of the technological solutions of the organization.

Job profile:

  • University education (in progress or completed) in Systems, Programming, Systems Engineering or related careers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or similar functions.
  • Availability for mixed work: office and field (Panama City and Colon).

Key skills:

  • Networks: VPN, firewalls, proxy, segmentation.
  • System administration: Windows and Mac OS.
  • Servers, printers, peripherals, connectivity.

Main responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
  • Train users in the use of technological tools.
  • Configure and maintain IT equipment (new entries, relocations, etc.).
  • Manage the inventory of equipment, software and licenses.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of systems.
  • Equipment procurement and refurbishment coordinator.
  • Improve processes and support in technological infrastructure decisions.
  • Coordinator with technology service providers.
