Profile:
- Age: 25 to 30 years old
- Senior or recent graduate in careers such as: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Good attitude and willingness, as the job contemplates working on the operational side (visiting customer yards) will work most of the time out of the office.
- We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, disciplined and very responsible person.
- Willing to travel abroad (will receive training).
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
- Intermediate - advanced level of English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Specialized technical advice providing recommendations on the type of tires suitable for different equipment.
- Provide detailed technical information on the specifications of each product (tires).
- Advise on best practices for maintenance and care of tires to maximize their useful life.
- Perform on-site technical inspections to assess the condition of tires.
- Detect problems such as irregular wear, cuts, or deterioration that may affect the performance of equipment and products.
- Supervise the installation, assembly and disassembly of tires on industrial and construction equipment.
- Recommend the quantity and types of tires required according to use and frequency of operation.
- Provide customers with information on product availability, ensuring timely and on-time deliveries.
- Keep records of the performance of installed tires to measure their efficiency and justify future purchasing decisions.
- Suggest improvements based on data collected, such as changes in usage patterns or tire rotation.
- Address complaints or problems related to tire products or services.
- Definition and follow-up of product testing or competitive benchmarking using the supplier's methodology.
- Maintain an updated customer and user base.
Contract: permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
