- Age: 25 to 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of auditing experience.
- Intermediate advanced excel, SAP B1
Responsibilities of the position:
- General accounting records.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Customer and supplier due diligence; manages SSNF/UAF - includes audits.
- Preparation and delivery of external and internal audit requirements. All information shared to auditors must be reconciled balances with their auxiliaries, invoicing reports (electronic vs SAP), ITBMS statement, inventories.
- Reconciliation of SAP reporting vs. Dashboards (Sales, Traffic, Purchasing, Insignia).
- Reconciliation of auxiliaries vs. general ledger account.
- Monthly calculation and recording of interest between related companies, reserve of accounts receivable.
- Inventory analysis and reconciliation: SAP vs. EBS and age of items, obsolescence reserve.
Contract: indefinite
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
